As one of the Co-Founders of Financial Thirst Consulting Group, Will Parries resides in Dayton, Ohio, alongside his wife and four children. With more than 18 years of experience in business, entrepreneurship, and financial products, Will began his professional journey in restaurant management before venturing out on his own in 2007. At that time, he successfully established a commercial irrigation business, specializing in rain harvesting systems, irrigation, and IT weather systems for various projects, including luxury homes, commercial ventures, and educational institutions.

Simultaneously expanding his entrepreneurial endeavors, Will entered a national lighting franchise involved in importing and installing outdoor lighting for both commercial and residential properties. He also initiated and managed a utility installation company, focusing on upgrading grid technology in southern Ohio and parts of Wisconsin.

In 2018, Will strategically decided to exit his diverse businesses and transition into the financial services sector. He secured the position of Vice President with a national insurance IMO, where he has since established and led a sales distribution team covering the entire country. In this role, Will provides coaching and mentorship to agents, guiding them in building successful enterprises in life insurance and financial services. Specializing in asset protection, preservation, and growth, Will assists clients in safeguarding their retirement, establishing self-pensions, understanding tax advantages and strategy designs, comprehending infinite banking concepts, and navigating areas such as life insurance and revocable trusts, among other financial strategies.
